We are an Outreach to our community, offering a full-service supplemental food pantry. We advocate increasing awareness of hunger through community partnerships. We provide food, referrals to community agencies, hope, and dignity to those in need. We are members of the Food Bank of CNY, partner with the Diaper Bank of CNY, and provide assistance to the Liverpool School District. We offer monthly pantry use, as well as special holiday bonus baskets, and on the second Thursday of each month, we offer a Fresh Food giveaway, starting at 3 pm til gone.
Our pantry serves community residents that meet the income guidelines set by the NY State Office of General Services. New clients must reside within our boundaries, as established by the FoodBank of CNY. Fresh Food Clients do not need to show any proof of residence and it is open to anyone in need. ( 2nd Thursday of each month).
Our staff understands the stress and vulnerability associated with seeking help. We are here to make the process quick and easy while maintaining your dignity. All information is strictly confidential. A short application is filled out, and proof of residence is checked with your current address. Recertification and application renewals are done every 6 months. Each visit will provide fresh fruits & vegetables (received weekly when in season), grains, dairy, meats, and non-perishables, as well as some special treats.
We are located at 1001 Tulip Street, at the intersection of Tulip Street and 6th Street, in the village of Liverpool. We are in the far back of the parking lot. Look for the sign over our door.
On your first visit you will be asked to show proof of residence for each member in your house.
