Be Sure To Choose the Correct Form
To avoid confusion created by our previous registration forms,
we are using two separate forms this year:This does mean that families registering children for both Regular and Sacramental classes
will need to complete both forms.
However, we hope it is less confusing overall.

Sacramental PreparationDiocesan Sacrament Guidelines for First Reconciliation/First Communion
- The child is expected to have participated in parish faith formation or Catholic school religious education classes before he/she begins the direct preparation for the Sacrament of Penance and the Sacrament of Eucharist.
- The child is expected to have been previously involved in the liturgical life of the parish faith community by regular attendance at Sunday Eucharist with his/her parents/guardians.
Diocesan Sacrament Guidelines for Confirmation
- The candidate is expected to have been previously involved in both the liturgical and sacramental life of the faith community and in an on-going process of faith formation.
Students may begin preparation for Confirmation in 9th grade. Typically it is a two year process.

Regular Faith Formation Classes
2023-24 Faith Formation Classes will be held at one campus.
Class times will be: 10:30 to 11:45am (Families should attend Mass at 9:30am with classes directly following.)
Due to the decline in enrollment for the later class times over the last several years, we will only be offering one class time as we do not have the resources to continue supporting two separate classes.

We are always in need of supplies to support our program and will welcome any donations (physical or monetary) to assist. Thank you!

Supplies can be dropped off during Mass or at the Parish Office Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
